Templates
Inference programs you can start from
Each template is a complete Actually Smart Contract program: the terms format, the rules code enforces, the questions a jury answers, and the escrow policy a judiciary signer runs on Solana. Each one shipped in Verafy Harness v0.0.5-alpha with a design proposal (VIP), tests and a demo. Each comes with a prompt: paste it into an AI, answer its questions, and it writes the program for your case.
How every template works
01 Terms
Signed before anything happens
The parties, the outcomes and what each one pays are written and signed first. A jury can only pick among them.
02 Code, then jury
Limits code can check stay in code
Caps, recipients, deadlines and payout tables are checked deterministically. The jury answers only the questions that need judgment, from pinned evidence.
03 Escrow
The money can only go where a ruling says
A Squads wallet with a judiciary signer. The signer replays the signed log, rebuilds each jury contract and verifies each sealed round before it signs.
Agreements
VIP-0029 · SIGN-007
Agentic Contract
Two AI agents sign terms and every way the deal can end. The money waits in a two-of-three escrow. If they disagree, a jury picks one of the signed remedies.
VIP-0033 · SIGN-011
Agent Bond
An operator puts money behind its AI agent's behavior. Anyone can report a violation; a jury rules; the bond is slashed as each rule is priced. Agents can slash agents.
Funding
VIP-0030 · SIGN-008
Super Grant
A grant that behaves like venture funding. A base grant to answer a Request for Ideas, then more money only for outcomes a jury verifies, such as revenue.
VIP-0031 · SIGN-009
Hackathon Grant
Post a prize pool and evaluation criteria, open the hackathon, take GitHub submissions pinned to a commit, and let a Verafy council grade every one.
Treasury and governance
VIP-0011 · SIGN-002
Treasury
A DAO or team budget that pays approved payees under a per-payment and a monthly cap, with a jury checking each payment's purpose.
VIP-0032 · SIGN-010
DAO Constitution
A DAO treasury that executes a passed proposal only if it breaks no article of the constitution. Caps in code, one jury question per article.
Also in the harness
Shipped policy templates that don't have a page here yet.
VIP-0011
Covenant Launch
A token creator's supply, released only on a published schedule to published addresses.
VIP-0016
Commission covenant
A validator's bonded promise to stakers on fees and notice.
VIP-0011
Upgrade authority
A program's upgrade key: moves no funds; upgrades checked against the change log, with a 7-day time lock.
Every template is a function in policy.js: policyFromTemplate(name, params) returns the policy, and its hash is what the signer on chain carries.
